PDF Split&Merge App Reviews

This app does an ok job at merging two PDF files. It is VERY slow (on iPad 2 with only PDF expert running) to load pages, and export them. Overall it is a little clunky to use. I would have given it five stars if it were free; I would have paid $5 if it was faster and had more functionality (e.g. the ability to zoom on a doc to remember which page is which).

I just purchased this app and I added 2 PDF files to merge and the apps keeps closing on me!! Not happy!!!!

This app is awkward at best and almost comically non-functional at worst. Definitely do not recommend. Wasted my money.

Thank you for fixing the crashing problem which made this awesome app useless for so long. Now it is back to being magical!

Thanks app developer. My need was for a simple PDF reader which would allow mw to pick and choose two, three, or many pages from a 140 page PDF file and email it to customers. This fit the bill perfectly. Easy to use. Easy to pick the pages, easy to email off. Thanks for your development of this tool.

Have a large PDF. 227 pages not scanned. It opens everywhere...Evernote, iBook, etc. NOT password protected or corrupt but I cant open it here. Says corrupt or password protected. Not true. Gonna try reinstalling it. Wish me luck.

Since ios7 there is a bug creating duplicate pages and it deletes all pages instead of selected ones making the app useless. This app worked flawlessly until iOS 7. I expect it will work great again once the app is updated again. I will update my review accordingly.

I rarely pay attention to reviews, because you never know if they are written by friends of the developer just to get good ratings. For your consideration, pay attention to THIS one! The developer (who I dont know) worked over a week through multiple emails to figure out why my pdfs were not rendering in this app when exported from another app. Needless to say, he solved the issue; I was pleased and surprised at his diligence. When you produce a good product and take care of your customers, you will be successful. I believe this to be the case with this developer and this app. Well done. -Beto (Dallas, TX)

Tried to open an merge a PDF with text that had been entered and it dropped the text when opened in PDFsplitmerge app making the whole point moot. Not worth the money

PDF image cannot be scaled down. Most buttons in app are not responsive. It would be good the dev to have a way to contact him other than Twitter. Hence, my tech support issue is being posted here. Edit: Although I had restarted the app a couple of times in the past few days with no success, its finally working again. Good app but limited support.

This was my favorite app! Very easy , fast , enough options to see the pages. The last update must had a bug , because the app doesnt work anymore. On the phone however have no problem at all. Would be great a new update to get back in track. Love , love this app , so please fix that bug!

Lately it has been stripping preprinted information from my documents. Not cool. As an Exclusive Buyers Agent for real estate, I use this App "All the Time" to merge contracts and files. The only thing I would improve is the ability to have several folders open and be able to pick and choose which folder I want to merge the documents.

Amateurish, hard to use and doesnt integrate with Google drive.
